Firm and Flatten Your Abs
What kept you from getting that firm and flat stomach? Was it the bothersome lower back pains that just won’t go away? Was it the strenuous exercises that you just can’t handle? Was it the fact that you kept on working out but got no results? Then these will all be history once you have read this book.
Firm and Flatten Your Abs is written by David Grisaffi, a certified exercise specialist, strength coach, and personal trainer. This book contains what you might consider as a comprehensive content on fitness and health. Of course, the main point of this book focuses on firming and flattening your abs. However, it does not involve the “usual” stuff that you may already know. Surprisingly, this book’s program doesn’t involve sit ups, ab rollers, informercial abdominal machines (that you might have seen on the shopping channel), starvation diets (that gets you wishing you never got into the program), and even fat burning pills.
So what does it contain? This material acts as a handbook for you on precision, pre-training muscle strength testing and fitness assessment, safe and individualized progression from beginner to advanced level, exercises that target every muscle in your core (abs are just a part of it), different strategies and varieties of exercises, fat burning nutrition and healthy lifestyle practices (as ab exercises don’t burn fat, caloric deficit does), and scientific exercises sequencing among others. It is also a very light and easy book to read – great for those who wish that getting fit and healthy isn’t stressful. David Grisaffi also believes that exercises are not to be just read about, you should see them to know them and do them correctly. So you can count on it that picture demonstrating the moves are included.
Firm and Flatten Your Abs actually teaches you how to sculpt a great looking body while eliminating lower back aches, neck pains, and even muscle strains. Plus, it guides you on the type of diet that you should have in order to reach your goal and keep it. And to make sure that you are doing the exercises correctly, this book has over 125 pictures that show you how to do the 42 gut-busting exercises properly. Sounds great, doesn’t it? But then your next concern would be if this program will work for you, right?
Well if you’re overweight, suffering from lower back pain, have “pooch belly”, have cellulite, had a C-section or hernia operation, pregnant, just gave birth, getting ready to be pregnant, a beginner, body buff, an athlete (including golfers) – if you’re any of these then it will work for you. However, although this may sound like the ultimate fitness book, it doesn’t include everything that you need to know.
Some guidelines for diet may be found on other sources and may not be contained in this book. However, overall, this is a great addition to your library if you wish to sculpt your body while being healthy – inside and out. After all, not everyone who’s skinny is healthy, but everyone who’s healthy does have a fit body. ![]()
